Charles Haley, age 78, of Mount Vernon, Ohio passed away September 12, 2021. He was born February 11, 1943 in Kentucky. He was the son of Virgil and Lillian (Fauth) Haley. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Haley; Step-Daughter, Ashley (Johnny) Woods and their children, Tyler and Eli; Step-Daughter, Crystal (Jessie) Higgins and their children, Olivia, Paul, Hailey, Kathryn, and Franklin. Charles will be missed deeply.
