Anna Luisa Guevara, age 81, of Sandusky, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at West Park Health & Rehabilitation Center. She was born on January 13, 1944, in Rincón, Puerto Rico, to the late Gustavo and Emilia Valentin.

Anna had a passion for cooking and found her greatest joy in being surrounded by her loved ones. She also enjoyed her Spanish soap operas—much to the amusement of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who rarely understood the storylines but loved watching her delight in them. Her presence, laughter, and love will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Anna is survived by her son, Luis (Cherie) Guevara; daughter, Maria Guevara; grandchildren, Tony (Maria) Guevara, Tyler Guevara, Austin Guevara, Marissa Guevara, Dalton Williams, and Tori (Joshua) Bailey; great-grandchildren, Gabriella, Ellianna, Niko, Kyleigh, Emma, Lucas, Sophia, Raelynn, and Thea; her brother, Sid (Johanna) Marti; her sister, Milagro Valentin; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members who loved her dearly.

A private celebration of life will be held by her family.
