Billy had a huge personality and was known everywhere he went. He had a passion for tinkering and working on motorcycles.

Billy was proceeded in death by mother Catherine Jordan, father Bill Conley, older brother John Jordan, brother in law Greg Farrow , and daughter Amanda Marie.

Billy is survived by daughter Brooke and son Justin, sister Patty Farrow, younger brother Clifford (Nancy) Jordan, step sister Marcia (Rob) Garrett, nieces Carmen, Kathy, Paige, and Samantha, nephew Jon, step mother Marcey Conley, step brother Mike Conley, and life partner Noni.
