Carol Gilliam, born to Lily May Storms and Roger Shenefield in Meigs County, Ohio, on April 22, 1939. A wonderful grandmother and mother to George Oldaker, Rocky Oldaker, Kevin (Kris) Oldaker, Kim Stephens, and LuAnn Pryor. She is also survived by siblings, Zelma, Ben, and Buddy, as well as many dear friends. Passed away at the age of 85 on Saturday, July 20th, 2024. Heaven gained another angel. She is loved and missed by many.
