FATH, Jr., Charles W. "Chuck", 80, of West Milton, Ohio, passed away on April 8, 2026. Born in Canton, Ohio on November 3, 1945, he was preceded in death by his mother, father, 6 sisters and 2 brothers. He is survived by his wife Patricia "Pat" Fath, son Charles L. Fath, daughter, Claire L. Fath, granddaughters Makenzie and Megan, grandson Christopher, 1 great granddaughter, 1 great grandson, brother Raymond Fath, 15 nephews and nieces and a host of loving friends. A memorial service will be held on April 18, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Highland Brethren in Christ, 7210 S. Jay Road, West Milton, OHio 45383.
