Clark E. Perkins Jr. ,60, of Steubenville ,Ohio passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2022.

He was born February 7 1962, son of the late Clark E. Perkins Sr and Janet M. Perkins of Steubenville Ohio

He was retired from Sodexo, a food and facilities management company.

Clark will be remembered and greatly missed by his sister, Lisa Perkins, brother, Roger Perkins, 8 nieces and nephews, family, friends and anyone who knew him personally.

Services are private and a burial will take place at the Union Cemetery of Steubenville Ohio at the convenience of his family.
