She was born on March 20th 1971 to Melvin Lewis and Sally Lewis.
She was preceded in death by her father Melvin Lewis.
She is survived by her husband Jeffrey Smith, her mother Sally Lewis, her sons Robert (Rachel) Center and Garrett (Kayla) Lewis, her grandchildren Lani, Liana, Beverly, Jerrett, Lydia, Kayzen, and Lucas, and her nephew Kyzik Workman. As well as her brother Paul (Julie) Lewis, her nephews Matthew, Andrew (Jillian), and Gram (Mackenzie) Lewis. Along with her great nieces and newphews Liam, Alaina, Layla, Lenley, and Lillian.
