Courtney A. McDonald, age 49, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home on 9/12/25 surrounded by his mom and 2 daughters. Born on 8/15/76 in Columbus, Ohio.

He is survived by Daughters, Paige Slager and Madison Adams, Mother, Delandra Milam, father, Thomas McDonald, who will forever carry his memory in their hearts. Courtney is also survived by brothers, Brian McDonald, Jason McDonald, Jarrod McDonald and Adam Little. He is also survived by grandchildren, Lillian, Ayden and Leon, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service is being planned for 10/05/25, at 2pm at East View United Methodist Church located at 1045 Ross Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43227.
