Debra Doreen Clifford

Debra Doreen Clifford (Kendall) Born 11/28/1956 passed away at age 68 on 08/10/2025.

Debbie was born in Gallion Ohio to Ann and Thomas Kendall. She graduated from Gallion High School in 1976 and joined the army in 1978 ranked CPL she served until 1986. Debbie was an STNA and LPN. Debbie was one of the kindest people you'd ever meet. She had a huge heart and would do anything for anyone in need. She loved helping people. Debbie's house was a safe place for anyone to go and get out of bad situations. She always took in children and loved them as her own. Debbie is greatly missed.

Proceeded in death by her husband James Clifford (2016), parents Ann Kendall (2016) and Thomas Kendall (1986), and brother Delbert Kendall (2017).

Survived by sons Shawn (Shy) Persons & Thomas Persons, and grandchildren Adolphus Persons, Jasmine Persons, Rikki, Nikki and Jojo.
