Debra Gay Meadows (Upton)

Debra Gay Meadows (Upton), age 76, of Pleasantville, Ohio, passed June 23, 2025. She was born in Loma Linda, California October 24, 1948, the daughter of the late Richard and Marjorie Upton.

She lived in Yermo, California as well as in Sugar Grove, Ohio where she attended Berne Union School.

Deb worked as a nursing assistant and was a member of the Pleasantville Community Gardening Club. From her youngest years Deb loved babies and helped many people with their young children. She loved bright colors and coloring in her books and was devoted to her cats, Tiny and AC.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Ronald E. Meadows and her daughter Corrie K. Meadows.

She is survived by her sons; Brian McKinney, Jason Couch and Dustin Meadows (Monica) and her daughter Tracy Fosco (Don) and step-children Dave Meadows (Christy) and Sandy Stanfield (Eugene); siblings Joy MillerUpton (Don Wallbaum), Richard Glen Upton (Pam), twin brother Donald Upton (Vicki), Timothy Upton (Helen), Steven Upton, Nancy Springer (Steve), Tamara Green (Rick), as well as 24 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

A private memorial will be held later.
