Dee

Despine "Dee" Maria Gallagan, age 71, of New Albany passed away peacefully at home April 19, 2024. Born October 27, 1952 in Santa Maria, CA to the late Angelo & Liselotte Demopolis.

Dee was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and daughter. Being with her family, especially her grandchildren, was her greatest joy, and she was always there to support anyone who needed anything. She enjoyed doing crossword & sudoku puzzles, shopping and working in her flower beds.

She is survived by her children, Josh (Julie) Gallagan, Shelley (Ryan) McLarney and Colin (Ginny) Gallagan; grandchildren Avery, Ella, Kellan, Duncan and Cassidy; sisters Dena Knowles and Tammy (Doug) Overstreet; nieces and nephews and great nieces.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Angelo & Liselotte Demopolis.

Friends may visit 4:00-6:00 pm Thursday, April 25 at Family Church 13475 Tollgate Rd, Pickerington. A celebration of life service will follow at 6:00 pm.
