Franz Bruyere Sr.
June 14, 1932 — January 30, 2026
Franz Edward Bruyere Sr. was born June 14, 1932, in Chatelineau, Belgium to Modeste and Paula Bruyere.
The family survived the occupation of Belgium during WWII. Eventually the entire family emigrated legally to the U.S., settling in California and becoming citizens.
Franz married Carol Kendig April 29, 1961 and they had a son, Franz Jr.
Franz is survived by his wife, Carol and son, Franz Jr.(Sherry) of Kansas.
There will be no memorial service as Franz has been cremated. Contributions may be made to your favorite charity.
