Glenda Faye Daniell

Glenda Faye Daniell went to rest in the arms of her Lord and Savior on Tuesday May 19th 2026. She was 88 years old. She was surrounded by her boys and family in the home she loved.

Glenda Riggs was born on July 1, 1937 in West Virginia to Alton and Lenny Riggs. She grew up in Meadville, Pennsylvania and was raised by her grandparents. She moved to Columbus, Ohio before her teenage years to live with her father. She graduated from Central High School in Columbus and soon after married her darling William Earl Daniell (died in 1998). She and Bill lived in Columbus for many years, had 5 boys and attended Weber Road Alliance Church and built life long friendships. She later moved to Grove City and attended Grove City Church of the Nazarene where she was very active including serving as a greeter for numerous years.

Glenda adored her boys with a fervent love and felt they were the blessing of a lifetime. She followed them in all their endeavors and swelled with pride. She enjoyed watching the Ohio State Buckeyes and was a very avid sports fan. Glenda was intentional in her relationships with neighbors, church friends and those she worked with and showed a true example of God’s love. She a very close bond with her niece Velvet Colliflower and her great friend Kay Hatzer whom she loved dearly.

Glenda was preceded in death by her mother Lenny and father Alton, brothers Bernard, Bud and David and sister Betty.

She is survived by sons Kevin (Candy) Kirk, Kraig (Sarah), Kary (Brenda) and Kyle (Kristy)

Grandchildren Amy, Jennifer, Jacob, Lauren, Stephanie, and 12 great grandchildren
