James Lee Jr.

James Lee was born November 13,1947 in Chattanooga Tennessee. He passed away at the age of 78 on December 10, 2025 at Fairhope Hospice and Palliative care Inc. in Lancaster, Ohio. He is survived by his siblings: Clarence Lee, Gary Lee and Dietta Lee, his children: James Lee, Rick Houghtland, Robert Lee, Thomas Lee, Jessica Cruz and Barbara Lee and his grandchildren. James is preceded in death by his Father, Mother and Brother: James Lee Sr., Eula Lee and George Lee.

James was a father, son and brother who grew up in Oberlin, Ohio. He worked security at MOEN in Elyria, Ohio for many years. He enjoyed playing music at church and for the community. Always laughing, joking, singing and playing his guitar whenever he could. His songs will forever be in our hears. 

Fallen Limb

A limb has fallen from the family tree.

I keep hearing a voice that says, "Grieve not for me".

Remember the best times, the laughter, the son.

The good life I loved while I was strong.

Continue my heritage, I'm counting on you.

Keep smiling and surely the sun will shine through.

My mind is at ease , my soul is at rest.

Remembering all, how I truly was blessed.

Continue traditions, no matter how small.

Go on with y our life, don't worry about falls.

I miss you all dearly, so keep up your chin.

Until the day comes we're together again.
