James Russell Owens, 64, of Newark, OH passed away on Monday August 01, 2022 at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born on October 13, 1957 to Jeffery and Betty Owens. He is survived by his children Kelly Zigan, Austin Owens, Tonya Owens, and Danielle Owens; as well as many other family members and friends. No services will be taking place at this time.
