Jon M. Alan, 68, of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away peacefully on October 22, 2024. He was born on December 13, 1955, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late John M. Alan and Joan Y. (Spielman) Alan. Jon lived a life full of dedication, service, and passion.
An Army veteran, Jon proudly served his country with honor and courage. His years of service were a source of pride, and his love for his fellow servicemen and country remained strong throughout his life.
Jon enjoyed his time being stationed in Germany and though he mastered many jobs throughout his years of service, he had a special fondness for his time as a radar operator.
A devoted Cleveland Browns fan, Jon carried his passion for the team throughout his life, celebrating their victories and enduring their challenges with unwavering loyalty.
Jon was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, James Alan. He is survived by his cherished family, friends, and fellow veterans, who will carry forward his memory.
Jon’s legacy will live on in the lives that he touched, and he will be deeply missed.
