Kathleen R Blankenship

Kathleen R. Blankenship, 62, of Springfield, OH, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 17, 2025.

She was born May 4, 1963 in Rock Island, Illinois, the daughter of Kenneth R. And Almeda (Hoover) Blankenship. She was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church in Springfield, Ohio. She was a longtime employee of Assurant of Springfield, OH.

Survivors include her mother, Alexa Blankenship; two sisters, Susan Beck of Urbana, OH and Diane Stokes of Longview, Illinois; two brothers, John Blankenship of Sedro-Woolley, Washington and Raymond Blankenship of 29 Palms, California; seven nieces and nephews, Joseph, Raymond, Jake, Ryan. Katelyn, Lindsey and Elizabeth; one great nephew, Joseph; one great niece, Charlie.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Blankenship.

A gathering of immediate family will be held at Leaf Cremation in Columbus, Ohio.
