Leland Jeffrey Stickdorn

Leland Jeffrey Stickdorn, 64, of Shawnee, Ohio, passed away on July 10, 2026. 

Born on March 7, 1962, in Columbus, Ohio, Jeff was the son of Rosetta Denny Stickdorn and Leland Stickdorn.

Jeff was a 1981 graduate of Grove City High School. He was a skilled welder and talented handyman who could fix just about anything. He enjoyed collecting coins and family mementos. His greatest passion was the outdoors, where he found peace in nature. He especially loved fishing, and he took great pride in gardening and cultivating plants. Those who knew Jeff will remember his hardworking spirit, resourcefulness, and appreciation for the simple joys of life.

Jeff was preceded in death by his sister, Jennifer Simpson; his paternal grandparents, Peter and Bertha Stickdorn; and his maternal grandparents, Jacob and Rita Denny.

He leaves behind by his son, Brandon Triplett (Mandie); his grandchildren, Jason, Georgia, Kara, and Wyatt; his father, Leland Stickdorn (Patricia); his mother, Rosetta Stickdorn; his sister, Heather Fischer (Richard); his nieces and nephews, Paige, Richard IV, and Felix Fischer; his nephew, Dylan Simpson; as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends.

Jeff’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. May they find comfort in the many moments shared with him and in the lasting legacy of his love for family, nature, and the outdoors.
