Patricia Lorraine West

Patricia Lorraine West, 67, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2025 at 11:08 PM at the lovely Hospice of Dayton.

Patty was born July 9, 1957 in Xenia, Ohio to Harry and Blanche Pence. Patty graduated and then went on to the Dayton School of Practical Nursing in 1992. She retired from Liberty Nursing Center in Jamestown. She was a member of the Xenia Eagles #1689.

Patty is preceded in death by her father, mother and brother Neil Pence, cousin Brian Pence and other family members. She is survived by her husband Albert, her daughter Sarah (Josh) Sheets Ables, her son William (Sam) Sheets, her siblings Carolyn (Mel) Krieger, Judith Pence Alderson, Teresa Pence, Nathan (Cindy) Pence. She is also survived by her four grandchildren Tiairria (Justin) Hodge, Vicktoriah (Tyler) Lawson, Ellizabeth Faul, Charlotte Lambert, and Devan Freeland and Cheyenne Reed. The joy of her days were her great grandchildren Mason, Karson, Ellie and Kyle.

A Celebration of Life service for Patty will be held Saturday, July 12th at 1:00 pm at the Friends Church, 502 Chestnut St, Xenia.
