Paul Edward Low

January 12, 1933 — October 6, 2025

Paul Edward Low, a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather passed away surrounded by family on October 6, 2025, in Lancaster, Ohio. Born on January 12, 1933, in Columbus, Ohio, Paul's journey through life was marked by a dedication to his family, his work, and his faith.

Paul's early years in Columbus shaped a man who was clever, ambitious and spirited. He carried these traits throughout his life, touching all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

After bravely serving his country as an Army veteran, Paul returned to his roots in Ohio, where he retired as a respected carpenter at Ohio State University. His skills extended beyond his professional work. He was also a skilled mechanic who could fix almost anything—a true testament to his handy nature. Paul's integrity and old fashioned values were evident to all, and his presence will be deeply missed.

Paul's interests were simple yet deeply ingrained in the fabric of his life. He found joy in the thrill of auctions, scouring thrift shops for hidden treasures, and relishing meals at his favorite local eatery, Todds. His love for these pastimes was only surpassed by the time he spent with his family. Weekends at the lake and family gatherings were cherished by Paul, and though he was a man of few words, his gentle smile spoke volumes of the love he felt during these moments.

He leaves behind a legacy of love and strength as the beloved father to his daughter Debbie (Len) Beach and his son, Brian (Elisa) Low. His twelve grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren will carry forward the memories of their cherished patriarch, drawing inspiration from his life's example. Paul was preceded in death by his son Donnie Low, daughter Paula Wallace, granddaughter Kathryn Beach, grandson Brian Low II, granddaughter Stephanie Wallce and grandson Carson McCallister.

Paul Edward Low's story is one of a life well-lived and well-loved. As we bid farewell to this remarkable man, we celebrate the enduring impact he has left on the hearts of his family and friends. His memory will continue to inspire and guide us. Period!

A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
