Paula Jean Delbart

Paula Jean (Vance) Delbart, 64 of Columbus, Ohio, passed away Sunday, Feburary 14, 2021 at Ohiohealth Grant Medical Center. She was born February 21, 1956 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Kenneth Clinton Vance and the late Gloria Jean (Stowers) Vance. She was preceded in death by her husband, Barry Keith Delbart. Mrs. Delbart was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. She is survived by her two sons Jason Delbart of Milton, WV and Bryan (Melissa) Delbart of Ona, WV of two grandchildren Terry Perry-Delbart of Milton, WV and Logan Hill of Milton, WV and a sister Kimberly (Billy Sr.) Wilburn of Columbus, Ohio.
