Rita Ann (Simpkins) Kovaleski

Rita Ann (Simpkins) Kovaleski of Albany Ohio passed away peacefully April 20, 2024, at the age of 85.

Rita was born December 26, 1938, in Chauncey Ohio to the late, James A. “Peck” Simpkins and Roena (Shafer) Simpkins.

She is preceded in death by her husband of almost 63 years, Donald Kovaleski, who passed away September 05, 2021.

Rita is survived by her two children: Donald Jr. (Regina) of Johnson City, TN, and Debra Ann “Debbie” (Kovaleski) Davis of Marietta, GA. She is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two brothers, two sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by all.

A private service will be scheduled at a later date.
