Roger Alan Lowe, 66, of West Jefferson, OH passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born on January 17, 1955. He is survived by his sons Jacob, Jeremy, and Joey; as well as many other family and friends. No services will be taking place at this time.
