Sandra Kaye Palm-Allen, 60, of Washington Court House, OH passed away at her home on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. She was born on July 27, 1961 to Herbert and Erma Palm. She is survived by her loving husband Carl Allen; her children Stacey Pennington-Turnoc, William Shane Pennington, Skyla Pennington, and Sloane Michael Palm; as well as many other family members and friends. She will be greatly missed.
