Theron Joseph Pritchard, age 75, passed away peacefully at his home in Columbus, Ohio, on July 19, 2026. He had lived in the home he cherished for 43 years. Born in Athens, Ohio, he was the son of Joseph and Darlie Pritchard.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Benie Pritchard; and his sister, Charmaine Pritchard.
Throughout his life, Theron distinguished himself as a dedicated professional, successful entrepreneur, and passionate musician. He served with distinction as a District Manager, earning the respect of colleagues and peers through his leadership, integrity, and relentless work ethic.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Theron embraced the entrepreneurial spirit, owning and operating two businesses during his career. He attended The Ohio State University after High School and remained a lifelong advocate of hard work and perseverance.
Theron also found great joy in creative expression. He enjoyed writing poetry and sharing his love of music as the lead singer of his band, The Deltas. Whether through his words, his music, or his presence, he had a gift for connecting with others and leaving a lasting impression.
Theron will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He was caring, kind, and lived life to the fullest, cherishing every moment. In his final days, he remarked that he would never truly die as long as someone remembered him. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him, and he will be remembered as a man of compassion, warmth, and unwavering love.
He is survived by his two sons, Austin and Brandon Pritchard; and his three grandchildren, Ava, Gavin, and Kadynce.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorial contributions be made to the COPD Foundation in Theron's honor.
