Thomas R Flack

Thomas R. Flack, 71, of Westerville,OH passed away at his home after a brave battle with cancer.

As were his wishes cremation rights have been accorded. A private family service will be held to honor Tom at later date.

Tom was born November 1, 1953 in Litchfield, Il to Reuben and Doris Flack. He graduated from Pekin, Il High School in 1972 then went on to obtain a degree from IUPUI, Indianapolis.

Tom spent most of his career as a Financial Advisor at his company Select Executive Benefits.

He is survived by his wife Sandra (Schwindaman) of Westerville, OH; one daughter, Hilary (Brad) DeGolyer of Pekin, Il; two brothers, Bob (Lydia) Flack, Dan Flack, one sister, Linda Flack; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father.
