Vivian Lucile Springs

 Our beloved mother, Vivian Lucile Springs fell asleep in death peacefully on April 8, 2026 at the age of 81 after enduring years of Dementia and Alzheimer’s. Vivian was born on July 16, 1944 in Catawba, NC to the late Cleveland and Arlene Phillips. Vivian was married to her late husband Curtis Lindsey Springs.

Vivian was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Our beautiful mother was known for her infectious laugh and enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, and canning. She had a passion for houseplants and keen organizational skills. She even worked full time outside the home for 40 plus years supporting and providing wonderful care to her family.

Vivian served 60 plus years as one of Jehovah’s Witness who enjoyed volunteering her time in sharing the Kingdom Good News with her friends, family and neighbors. She is survived by her siblings Queenie, Danny, Mitchell, Connie, and Rita. She is also survived by her children Curtis Clifton Springs, Kimberly Lucile Coleman, Vivian Arlene Deitz, Crist Raqual Wilson, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Our mother will be dearly missed. A celebration of life will be held privately in her memory.
