William Frederick Hughes

Bill passed away on September 2, 2026 at OSU Hospital from a battle with Cancer. He was born on April 16, 1957 in La Junta Colorado.

Bill worked construction/carpentry for many years in California, also worked in the oil field. He moved to Ohio in 2012. Bill could fix anything and everything. He liked building things, working on the house, built computers, loved to cook, silver stacking, traveling and played an online game called Rift.

He is survived by his girlfriend LeAnn, 2 sons Bill Jr. and Jason, daughter Sarah, his dogs Lacy, Peanut and Lady, 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, brothers Michael, Alan, and Jack, and sister Eva and many nieces and nephews and friends.

He is preceded in death by both parents Esther and William, grandparents, brother Bob, sisters Bonnie, Marilyn, Mary, and infant twin.

A celebration of life will be held soon.
